Jamal Records is a producer and distributor of Islamic music albums aiming to attend to the spiritual needs of people in an entertaining and educational way, looking to transcend the boundaries of faiths and cultures in sharing a message of peace and hope worldwide. It is home to our small roster of artists including Yusuf Islam, Zain Bhikha, Dawud Wharnsby, Khalid Belrhouzi and Benammi.

Previously existing as a division of Yusuf Islam's Mountain of Light Productions, Jamal Records relocated from London UK in 2004 and is now based in the bustling, cosmopolitan emirate of Dubai, UAE, operating officially as an Independent Record Label. A family orientated company Jamal Records It is the only record label of its kind.

Today, Jamal Records finds itself in a growing area in the world music scene and looks to continue to strive to introduce inspiring Islamic and spiritual songs which it continues to be a pioneer of.

Creating positive and reflective music our Artists work together to increase peoples understanding of one another, to help build social bridges in our world. We intentionally have a small roster of Artists and promote the works of these Singer/Songwriter and Composers who too are striving for the achievement of these goals through the medium of music. Additionally we at Jamal Records feel it is important that we are able to contribute to helping those who are less fortunate. Therefore with this core belief we assign a percentage of our profits to the work that is carried out by the charity organization Small Kindness, which above all aims to help widows and orphans worldwide.
