Supported Currencies

Jamal Records Ltd. supports the following currencies: Pound Sterling and US Dollar.

When in stock, products are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are sent First Class. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. In the event of a title being out of stock, it can take between 14 to 28 days for dispatch. Titles that are not released will be dispatched on their listed release dates. Deliveries usually take between 3-14 working days, however, this may vary depending on the postal service local to you.

Jamal Records Ltd. cannot ship to PO Box addresses. These orders will not be processed. A full physical address is required.

Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you may return it directly to our warehouse within 7 working days from receipt of the order. All goods must be returned in their original sealed packaging and in un-used condition. Jamal Records Ltd. will refund the full cost of the product purchased within 30 days. Any postage incurred will not be refunded.

Faulty & Damaged Goods

All products are thoroughly checked before packing and prior to dispatching an order, so as to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit, should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us within 3 working days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund. Please note that damaged CD casing is not covered by the faulty goods policy.

How Secure Are My Personal Details?

Jamal Records Ltd. values your privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your orders.

We do not sell mailing lists to other companies or third parities, nor do we divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. All personal details are stored on a secure database. Payment processing takes place through WorldPay secure servers.

As you type in your credit card information it is automatically encrypted and sent to WorldPays secure servers. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to WorldPay is encapsulated using their own encrypted and digitally signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Any communication between the customer and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customers browser using 128 Bit SSL. Customers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuer provides the right for the customer to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Why Do We Not Keep Your Card Details?

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
