Jamal Records is a producer and distributor of Islamic music albums aiming to attend to the spiritual needs of people in an entertaining and educational way, looking to transcend the boundaries of faiths and cultures in sharing a message of peace and hope worldwide.

Previously existing as a division of Yusuf Islam's Mountain of Light Productions, Jamal Records has relocated from London UK and is now based in the UAE, operating officially as an Independent Record Label. Its affiliation with Mountain of Light Productions and Yusuf Islam continues as exclusive worldwide distributor and producers of his titles and label.

Today, Jamal Records finds itself in a growing area in the world music scene and looks to continue to strive to introduce inspiring Islamic and spiritual songs, which it was known to be a pioneer of in the past. Creating positive and reflective music our artists intend to increase peoples understanding of one another, to help build social bridges in our world. We intentionally have a small roster of Artists and promote the works of these Singer/Songwriters who to are striving for the achievement of these goals through this fantastic medium of music.

Additionally we at Jamal Records feel it is important that we are able to contribute to helping those who are less fortunate. Therefore with this core belief we assign a percentage of our profits to the work that is carried out by the charity organization Small Kindness, which above all aims to help widows and orphans worldwide.
