Jamal Records Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to this site, the disclaimers and these terms and conditions at any time.

Supported Currencies
Jamal Records Ltd. supports the following currencies: Pound Sterling and US Dollar.

When in stock, products are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are sent First Class. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. In the event of a title being out of stock, it can take between 14 to 28 days for dispatch. Titles that are not released will be dispatched on their listed release dates. Deliveries usually take between 3-14 working days, however, this may vary depending on the postal service local to you.

Jamal Records Ltd. cannot ship to PO Box addresses. These orders will not be processed. A full physical address is required.

Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you may return it directly to our warehouse within 7 working days from receipt of the order. All goods must be returned in their original sealed packaging and in un-used condition. Jamal Records Ltd. will refund the full cost of the product purchased within 30 days. Any postage incurred will not be refunded.

Faulty & Damaged Goods
All products are thoroughly checked before packing and prior to dispatching an order, so as to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit, should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us within 3 working days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund. Please note that damaged CD casing is not covered by the faulty goods policy.

Stock Availability
On rare occasions when Jamal Records Ltd. is unable to fulfill your order, mainly due to high demands, it is our company policy to try and source you an alternative product. Should we be in a position where this is necessary we will normally notify you first - before any product is dispatched, to gain agreement that this is an acceptable option to you. If you do not want an alternative sending then your order is cancelled without any charge or further obligation. Should we be unable to contact you prior to dispatch of an alternative product - you will be given the option to return the item if it is found to be unsuitable, for either replacement or refund.

Our prices are inclusive and they are only subject to the addition of postage & packing charges - where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publication - but will be subject to future changes. Any order placed at the point of price publication will be supplied at that price if stock is available. Any changes to prices will be published at the point where they are in effect from.

Privacy Notice
Jamal Records Ltd. values your privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your orders.

We do not sell mailing lists to other companies or third parities, nor do we divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. All personal details are stored on a secure database. Payment processing takes place through WorldPay secure servers.

How secure are your personal details?
As you type in your credit card information it is automatically encrypted and sent to WorldPays secure servers. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to WorldPay is encapsulated using their own encrypted and digitally signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Any communication between the customer and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customers browser using 128 Bit SSL. Customers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuer provides the right for the customer to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
